Vehicle torque limitation (commonly known as "limp mode" or "power/speed restriction"): If the ECU fails to receive accurate differential pressure data, it will force the engine speed to remain below 60 km/h to prevent the DPF from completely burning out or becoming irreversibly clogged; the vehicle will not accelerate properly when the throttle is applied.
3. Underlying causes of frequent error alerts: Sometimes the sensor itself is not faulty; instead, the issue lies with the two rubber exhaust hoses connected to the sensor (which may be cracked or leaking) or the metal pipes (which may be blocked by frozen condensation or carbon buildup), resulting in inaccurate pressure readings sent to the sensor. The piping/hoses should be inspected first during repairs.
