Installation Location and Structural Integration

2. High-Vibration Protection: It is rigidly suspended from the front of the chassis frame rails using four specialized anti-vibration rubber mounting brackets (condenser supports); this design prevents the aluminum piping welds from cracking due to severe chassis jolts.
3. Port Connections:

Common Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance
1. Clogging by Dust and Debris (No cooling / High-pressure A/C alarm)
Cement dust, mud, and willow catkins can completely clog the condenser's densely packed cooling fins. This causes the A/C to blow cold initially, but it suddenly stops cooling and switches to hot air during traffic jams, while idling, or when the vehicle is exposed to intense sunlight.

Do not use a high-pressure water gun at close range to blast the condenser; this can bend the delicate aluminum fins, causing permanent damage. Instead, first use an air gun to blow out dry mud and dust from the back to the front, then rinse with a low-pressure water stream following the direction of the fins.

2. Vibration-Induced Leakage (Refrigerant leak):
Aging of the mounting bracket's rubber cushions, combined with high-frequency resonance, can cause hairline cracks in the condenser's high/low-pressure fittings or the aluminum inlet/outlet pipes. This results in a total loss of cooling and prevents the compressor clutch from engaging.
Inspect the condenser surface and pipe connections for visible oil stains. Since refrigerant leaks carry compressor oil with them, any area with oil stains indicates a leak point; the entire assembly must be replaced.

System Integration
1. Compressor Side: A dedicated high-power 24V compressor drives high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant into the upper inlet of the condenser.
2. Piping/Harness Assembly: Heavy-duty automotive-grade high- and low-pressure fluoroelastomer (FKM) hoses connect the system to the in-cabin evaporator unit.
3. Electronic Control Panel: The in-cab control panel monitors system pressure in real-time via the Body Control Module (BCM); if system overpressure occurs-due to condenser overheating or fouling-the panel automatically disengages the compressor clutch to ensure active safety protection.
