2. Actuation of Brake Calipers: Once the booster generates high-pressure hydraulic fluid at its output port, rigid metal lines channel this fluid to the brake calipers located on the front and rear axles. The high-pressure fluid drives the pistons within the calipers, causing the brake pads to clamp down firmly on the rotating brake discs-which turn in tandem with the wheels-generating immense friction to rapidly decelerate or bring the multi-ton loader to a complete and stable stop.
3. Self-Sufficiency and Storage of Brake Fluid: The top of this assembly features an integrated transparent fluid reservoir, which serves as the primary storage tank for the brake fluid. With every depression and release of the brake pedal, this reservoir automatically replenishes any fluid volume deficits within the hydraulic master cylinder-whether caused by brake pad wear, minor line leakage, or thermal expansion and contraction-thereby preventing air from entering the hydraulic system.

Installation Locations
