Common Fault Symptoms

Cause: Micron-sized iron filings, burrs, or sludge in the hydraulic oil clog the tiny gap between the nozzle and the flapper. Recommended Action: Do not strike the valve body indiscriminately. Clean the interior using a specialized high-pressure cleaning agent; more importantly, replace the vehicle's hydraulic return oil filter element and, if necessary, clean the entire pilot oil circuit reservoir.
2. Zero-Point Drift: The machine continues to exhibit slight movement after the control handle returns to the neutral position, or movement speeds differ between left and right directions. Cause: Mechanical fatigue of the internal torque motor, or deformation and internal leakage of the four small O-rings at the base of the valve. Recommended Action: Inspect the sealing surfaces at the valve base and replace the O-rings with a genuine OEM fluororubber O-ring repair kit.
