Cab Configuration
Adopting a single-sided mining-grade cab design with a high-strength metal frame and skin structure, the engineering cab delivers excellent structural stability and impact resistance. It is equipped with an aviation airbag seat and an adjustable steering wheel to effectively optimize driving posture and greatly improve operating comfort during long-hour mining operations. The full set of auxiliary configurations includes an air conditioning system, 360° reversing image, reversing horn and rear working lamp, as well as an anti-collision front bumper. Dual roof warning lights are installed as standard to meet safety warning requirements for mining operation scenarios.
Engine System
Powered by SINOTRUK WD615.47 engine with a rated power of 371 horsepower and Euro II emission standard. Equipped with an automatic air filter device, which realizes automatic dust removal, ensures stable air intake quality, reduces engine wear, and adapts to harsh dusty working conditions in mines with reliable power output.
Transmission System
Matched with HW19710 transmission, featuring 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, with smooth gear shifting and reasonable speed ratio coverage to adapt to complex mining road conditions and heavy-load transportation. Equipped with HW50 power take-off to meet the power demand of hydraulic lifting and other auxiliary equipment.
Axle & Speed Ratio
Front axle: VGD95 drum brake front axle with a load capacity of 9.5 tons, stable steering and reliable braking performance.
Rear axle: MCP16ZG dual rear axles with drum brake structure and a single axle load of 16 tons, strong bearing capacity and durable for heavy mining loads.
Standard speed ratio is 5.26, and 5.45 speed ratio is optional to meet different climbing and heavy-load operation demands.
Suspension System
Adopts reinforced multi-leaf spring suspension at the front and rear with the specification of 11/11/12 leaf springs. The upgraded suspension structure improves shock resisistance and load-bearing stability, effectively adapting to bumpy and rugged mine road surfaces and reducing vehicle jitter during heavy-load driving.
Steering System
Equipped with high-quality domestic steering gear, with sensitive and accurate steering response, low operation resistance, and stable performance, meeting the frequent steering operation requirements of mining engineering vehicles.
Tire Configuration
Front wheels adopt linear pattern tires for stable steering performance; rear wheels are equipped with 12.00R20 mixed pattern tires, which have strong grip, wear resistance and puncture resistance, suitable for complex mine pavement. A spare tire is equipped as standard to ensure continuous operation.
Fuel Tank & Hydraulic Lifting System
Fitted with a 400L aluminum alloy fuel tank, which is light-weight, corrosion-resistant and has large fuel capacity, effectively extending the continuous operation mileage.
The hydraulic lifting system adopts domestic high-quality oil cylinder, matched with mining-grade front jack lifting technology. It features strong lifting power, stable and fast lifting and lowering speed, adapting to frequent loading and unloading operations in mining scenarios.
