FUNCTION

1. Enables quick and reliable connection of the air brake lines between the tractor and semi-trailer. Acting as a "bridge" between the air lines at the rear of the tractor and the front of the trailer, it supports quick plug-and-play connection, ensuring seamless connection of the air brake systems of the tractor and semi-trailer for synchronized braking.

2. Dual-line separation control: The red WG9000360170 (power supply line) provides constant high-pressure compressed air to the trailer's air tank, relay valve, and brake chamber. Without this line, the trailer cannot park or brake normally. The yellow WG9000360177 (control line) transmits the variable pressure signal generated by the driver's brake pedal, controlling the trailer's relay valve to achieve coordinated braking between the tractor and trailer, preventing skidding, understeer, or braking delay.

3. Automatic sealing and leak-proof protection: Built-in one-way valve/check valve automatically opens the air line upon connection and immediately closes it upon disconnection to prevent large air leaks. In case of emergency disengagement or malfunction, it automatically cuts off the air line to maintain the tractor's own braking capability.
