2. Transmitting Braking Force: During braking, compressed air enters the chamber, pushing the pushrod out. The pushrod force is transmitted through the bracket to the brake arm, brake camshaft, and brake shoes, achieving friction braking between the brake shoes and brake drum. During parking brake operation, the spring brake chamber releases spring force, which is also transmitted through the bracket for reliable parking.
3. Withstanding Impact and Vibration: During heavy truck operation, the bracket must withstand the chamber thrust, road impacts, vehicle bumps, and alternating loads generated by frequent braking, maintaining the relative position of the chamber and the braking transmission mechanism to prevent brake force attenuation or uneven braking.
4.
