Disassembly principles:
1. Select a clean place before disassembly;
2. Disassemble the parts and put them on soft materials with care;
3. Place the parts in the disassembly order for easy assembly;
4. If it is found that the parts are difficult to disassemble during the disassembly process, especially between the two sub assemblies, first check whether the relevant parts are disassembled or change the disassembly method, and do not hold the attitude of never giving up until the disassembly is completed;
5. During disassembly, the machined surface of parts shall not be damaged;
6. Follow from the outside to the inside, from easy to difficult. If you want to disassemble the transmission assembly, disassemble the peripheral parts of the transmission first. The spindle ball stud head is broken due to improper disassembly or storage of parts
Precautions for disassembly:
1. To disassemble the oil pump assembly, remove the six M10 bolts connecting the oil pump and the front housing, first disconnect the oil pump from the front housing by a certain distance, gently rotate the input shaft with the left hand to drive the secondary shaft to rotate, grasp the oil pump with the right hand and remove the oil pump outward. When the steel ball installed at the shaft end of the left secondary shaft aligns with the gap on the oil pump housing, the oil pump can be removed.
2. Disassembly of the auxiliary box assembly. When removing the auxiliary box, first remove the fixing nut at the rear of the main shaft
3. Disassemble the gearbox middle shell, remove the connecting bolts of the transmission filter screen end cover, and remove the filter screen end cover and filter screen assembly to prevent the filter screen from scraping with the gear when lifting the middle shell; Remove the interlocking mechanism of main and auxiliary boxes; Take out the two idler shafts and move the idler gear away from the main shaft reverse gear and auxiliary shaft; Use the top screw hole of the front shell to separate the middle shell from the front shell; Take out the transmission middle housing (the countershaft bearing does not need to be removed).
