Structure
1. Radiator Core: The interior contains 8 metal cooling fins, forming a staggered, high-efficiency heat exchange structure. Engine oil flows through internal channels, and these metal fins undergo forced heat exchange with the external cold air, rapidly dissipating heat.
2. Filter Element: A built-in PTFE fiber filter element is located inside the radiator core. The PTFE filter element has extremely high temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures above 300°C, and effectively filters metal shavings, moisture, and dust from the engine oil, preventing impurities from entering the engine.
3.The housing is made of cast iron and treated with an anti-corrosion coating to resist the erosion of oil and moisture. It is also equipped with high-quality sealing gaskets (grommets) to ensure leak-free operation under high pressure.
When to Replace
