Installation location: Mounted on the mixing pipe upstream of the exhaust assembly (muffler/SCR catalytic converter unit) located on the side of the heavy-duty truck chassis.
Product Functions

2. Catalytic Reduction Reaction: The atomized urea solution vaporizes and hydrolyzes in the high-temperature exhaust gas to generate ammonia (NH₃); this ammonia reacts chemically with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust on the catalyst surface, converting them into harmless nitrogen and water, thereby reducing exhaust emissions from heavy-duty trucks.
3. Electronic Control Support: Equipped with a standard electronic control connector, allowing the Engine Control Unit (ECU) or Dosing Control Unit (DCU) to adjust injection pulse width and volume in real-time based on exhaust temperature and NOx sensor data.
