An integrated water-cooling channel design effectively cools the recirculated exhaust gas, lowering its temperature and preventing excessively high intake temperatures, decreased combustion efficiency, or increased carbon buildup in the cylinder caused by high-temperature exhaust gas. This ensures a suitable mixture temperature, smoother and more stable combustion, further improving engine thermal efficiency, reducing the risk of knocking, and protecting the long-term reliable operation of downstream aftertreatment systems.

3. It forms a closed-loop control system with the engine ECU, and works with feedback signals from the exhaust oxygen sensor, MAP/temperature sensor, differential pressure sensor, etc. to achieve precise control under all operating conditions.
