Assembly configuration within the cab suspension system
1. Valve body connection: Connected to the cab sub-frame via the height valve linkage assembly (WG1664430130).
2. Mounting position: Secured to the vehicle frame using a dedicated limit block and an adapter bracket (AZ1664430042).
3. Operating principle: When changes in cab load (such as occupants entering/exiting or driving over rough terrain) cause a deviation in height, the linkage rotates the internal spool of the height valve. This automatically inflates or deflates the cab's air shock absorbers to maintain the cab at the optimal preset height.
Symptoms
1. Cab tilt: When the vehicle is parked on level ground, there is a noticeable height difference between the left and right sides of the cab.
2. Failure to inflate/deflate: Although air pressure is sufficient after the vehicle starts, the cab air bellows remain deflated or become over-inflated (resulting in a rock-hard feel with no shock absorption).
