FUNCTION

1. Hydraulic Oil Storage Function: Stores a sufficient volume of hydraulic oil to ensure an ample supply for the lifting system. This prevents the system from suffering from weak lifting force or operational failure caused by a shortage of oil.

2. Hydraulic Oil Supply Function: Connects to the hydraulic pump via a bottom outlet to provide a low-pressure oil source for the lifting cylinders. When the lifting switch is activated from the cab, the pump pressurizes the oil within the tank and delivers it to the cylinders, thereby executing the lifting of the cargo box.

3. Oil Return and Sedimentation Function: As the cargo box descends, the hydraulic oil from the cylinders flows back into the tank. The tank's internal design incorporates a filter screen and a sedimentation zone to filter out impurities and allow air bubbles and moisture to settle, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid.

Installation Location
It is mounted on the outer side of the right-hand longitudinal beam of the chassis frame, situated between the rear of the cab and the cargo box lifting pump.

Working Principle
