The Working Principle Of The Clutch Master Cylinder
- Jul 20, 2017 -

(1)When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the push rod urges the master cylinder piston to increase the oil pressure, through the hose into the cylinder, forcing the pump rod to push the separation fork, the separation bearing pushed forward; when the driver releases the clutch pedal, Hydraulic release, separation fork in the return under the action of the spring gradually returned to the original position, the clutch is in the joint state.

(2)Clutch Master Piston The middle of the piston has a radial oblong through hole, the limit screw through the piston long hole, to prevent the piston rotation, into the valve into the piston left side of the axial hole, the valve seat through the piston hole in the hole Piston hole.

(3)When there is no clutch pedal, there is a gap between the master cylinder fader and the master cylinder piston, and there is a small gap between the inlet valve and the piston due to the limit of the screw to the inlet valve. So that the oil tank through the pipe joints and oil, oil inlet valve into the valve and the main pump connected to the left. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the piston moves to the left, and the oil inlet valve moves to the right relative to the piston under the action of the return spring to eliminate the gap between the inlet valve and the piston.

(4)Continue to step on the clutch pedal, the main pump left chamber of the oil pressure, the main pump left chamber brake fluid into the booster through the tubing, booster work, clutch separation.

Release the clutch pedal, the piston under the action of the same bit in the spring to move faster, because the brake fluid flow in the pipeline has a certain resistance, flow back to the master pump speed is slow, so the formation of a certain left in the main pump Vacuum, the oil inlet valve in the piston left and right under the action of the pressure difference to the left, the cylinder has a small amount of brake fluid into the main pump through the valve into the left cavity to make up the vacuum. When the original pump into the booster of the brake fluid flow back to the master pump, the main pump left cavity and the emergence of excess brake fluid, the excess brake fluid will flow into the tank through the oil tank.
